OXO Good Grips Silicone Spatula arrived on time, as described, great colour and works very well. I have had no issues with heat --- another in the fine line of OXO Good Grips.

Bester Spatel den ich jemals hatte. Er ist fest und somit gut für die Pfanne geeignet, allerdings sind die Ränder weich genug, so dass man damit Teig (etc.) aus einem Topf oder einer Schüssel raus bekommt.

This does not melt which some of my other items have and it is thin enough to go under pancakes and omelettes so meets the initial spec but what I had not realised is standing next to my melted spatula and it is twice the size so for me it is a little cumbersome and unwieldy but that is purely down to the way I hold the spatula. As a drummer I hold it in not too dissimilar way to the way I hold the drum stick traditional grip but not possible with this spatula as the size is not built for delicacy but it does the job very well but I am more used to the size of old spatula..

It's just a great spatula. We had two and after maybe 5 years the black handle on one started to get kinda sticky. Then it started making our hands black. I'm not sure it's OXO's fault or if it's the result of one of my daughter's weird experiments (don't ask) but finding a different spatula from a different brand was out of the question. It's just too good not to buy again.Oh, right, why is it so good? It's one piece so the head can't come off or flop around on you. And see how it has no right angles? That makes it really easy to clean by hand. Lastly, the curve of the business end just seems more perfect than any other spatula I've used; honestly I think the depth of the silicone before hitting the core has been engineered to have just the right amount of give. So yeah, it's just a great spatula.
