Perfect for what it's made to do. Just make sure to air it out for a couple days before you put tea inside. Fresh wood smell will go away. I didn't mind. It shows the quality of which it was made.

I was'nt sure about this purchase due to other reviewers sayign theit tea boxes either arrived disintegrated or did so shortly thereafter. I have had mine for about 2 months now, with daily use and almost bi-weekly restocking....with no issues. It is simple in design and does its job. No complaints!

Bought this for a gift and was surprised at how nice it looked since there were some reviews about it being cheaply made. Its a good size and nice enough to keep on the counter. Definitely a good purchase if youre looking for an inexpensive tea box.

I'm actually storing a collection of scrapbooking things in it and it's perfect for me except the wood on the cover came broken. I have repaired it with wood glue and it's fine.I'm currently storing it on its side so I can see inside and it's great because the closing magnets are strong. Even if the cover is made of flimsy plastic.

This is perfect for my different teas! I love the organization, and how easy it is to pass around when I have guests over. It beats having 5-6 different boxes of tea bags if you like a variety to choose from.

I love it! It's not top quality, but it will do. It holds several tea packets. As one other person said, it is glued together, so you may end up having to put some nails, or glue it again, eventually

Such a beautiful box ! The slots are deep enough for any packages. I can also fit a good number of my sugar packets in it. The lid also has two small magnets to it doesn't carelessly open and spill all your things. 5 stars indeed.

Very nice box and it fits a lot of tea bags, but like others say, the lid doesn't close all the way for standard tea bag size. Not sure what tiny tea bags they were using to make the measurements for this box. I folded over the tea bags so that the lid now shuts. It was a tedious task, but at least it satisfied my OCD side!
