Tengo otros cuchillos, alguno Zwilling como este, con varios años, y sigue igual, no tenia este modelo, el clasico, es el cuchillo de chef por antonomasia. Mango bien realizado, equilibrado, algo grande y pesado, hoja de calidad con tallado decreciente. Un afilado de calidad superior, no se vende nada que corte mejor.... igual puede, pero mejor lo dudo. El precio de Prime Day, 50e, era muy bueno. Aun no me ha tocado afilarlo, pero si es como los otros zwilling no habrá problemas, aunque ahora el angulo ha cambiado a 15°. Para todos los que se quejan de lo incómodo del estabilizador en el afilado, es algo de siempre en todos los cuchillos de chef europeos, se puede afilar pero no es la técnica de las hojas lisas y planas . No lavar en lavavajillas ni con estropajo, guardarlo bien, pasarle la chaira cuando se desafile y secarlo despues de lavar.

This 8" Henckels forged knife is the go-to knife in the kitchen. I bought it to replace a 18-year-old version that had a handle failure. Henckels has promised to replace the original knife under their lifetime warranty. Awesome. In the meantime I couldn't get along for a day without this knife. Since its brand new its ultra-sharp. I have to remember how sharp these Henckels knives are - can cut skin in a second.There are other designs for an 8" that allow your hand to pinch the blade. Not my style

Conosco già questi coltelli perché ne possiedo di diverse misure (tra cui questo modello). L'ho comprato per un regalo e direi che sono pienamente soddisfatto (ricezioni nei tempi, confezione integra). Il prezzo sicuramente non é trascurabile ma sono davvero coltelli di qualitá.Consigliato

The knife is really well made with German steel with a cold process which is not harming the composition and phase of stell itself.It is really sharp at the beginning, so users should be careful about handling the edge of the knife.As it is really well sharpened at the moment I received the knife, It seems the knife is needed to be sharpened regularly to keep the same level of sharpness.

Great quality knife, well made and classically designed. Perfect weight not too heavy and not too light. It was very sharp out of the box which is always a good sign, gave it a few passes on a leather strop and it came up a treat and holds its edge very well, very happy with my purchase, Tha price was great and Amazon delivery was exceptionally fast...Thank you.

Feels great to use! Fantastic weight in the hand, retained sharpness as long as I expected for a knife if this price, if not longer. Bought it for a chef who's worked in kitchens for 10+ years. It's not the best knife money can buy but it's a great knife nonetheless if you're looking for a solid 8 incher.
