It was an experiment and I wasn't sure if this was something I would "really" use or if it would end up as a nice little gizmo without any real function. I am pleasantly surprised. I do a lot of baking and this size spatula is just perfect for icing cakes. It has enough flexibility in it to get into the crevices created when I bake with a bundt pan. Nice item that I would recommend to Grandma's like me that bake a lot. I am an avid Amazon shopper and find the most helpful items there. Fairly priced to.

It's not as large as I was looking for,but that was my fault for not reading the description of the item. I have been trying my hand at baking lately and having this tool has been a big help. One of my favorite kitchen tools. Good for spreading icing, but also great for making sandwiches, loosening the edge of a baked good from a pan, picking an eggshell out when it sneaks into a recipe... I reach for these all the time, which is why we went ahead and bought a few. Essential to any kitchen - you'll find yourself using it all the time.
