This worked great for the first 2 or 3 omelettes, then things started sticking. When I folded the pan, the mixture was still in it's respective sections and not folded like an omelette should be. It's pretty much useless now. I'll be making my omelettes in a saute pan in the future. This was a waste of money.

I ordered 2 and the hinge was broken on one when they arrived. Customer service replied promptly and offered me a free replacement or a refund. It definitely makes it a whole lot easier and less mess to make an omelet so I 'd recommend to all the non chefs out there like myself.

I LOVE this omelet pan! It's so wonderful being able to make an omelet whenever I feel like it without all of the hassle and mess of using the stove top. I find that it works best with egg whites. But whole eggs do work as well.

Works well and makes a good omelet, but sometimes the middle takes longer to cook so I have to tilt the omelet pan so the egg in the middle goes towards the edges.
